Information We Collect
- Order information: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and for clothing, the body measurements you provide.
- Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number or bank credentials.
- Messages: WhatsApp and email conversations, kept so we have a record of what was agreed.
- Site data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, through cookies.
How We Use It
To fulfil your order, arrange delivery, answer your questions, process refunds, meet our tax and customs obligations, and prevent fraud. We use your measurements only to have your garment made.
Who We Share It With
Only where necessary to complete your order: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), shipping carriers and customs authorities, our suppliers and workshops (name and delivery address only), and our accountant. We do not sell your personal information.
How Long We Keep It
Order and tax records are kept for seven years as required. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
California Privacy Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold, request a copy of it, request deletion, request correction, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart may stop functioning.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
