These Terms
By placing an order with Zewdina LLC you agree to the terms below, together with our Shipping and Returns policies.
Products
Our goods are handmade. Colour, weave, grain and dimensions vary between pieces, and photographs are representative rather than exact. Some items are one of a kind. We describe materials as accurately as we can and will send additional photographs of a specific piece on request.
Prices and Availability
Prices are in US dollars and include applicable duties and import taxes. Sales tax is added at checkout where required by law. Prices may change, but never after you have paid.
Because many pieces are made individually, listed availability is not a guarantee. If an item cannot be supplied after you have paid, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it, and we may decline an order — for example where an item is no longer available, a price is wrong, or we cannot verify the payment or delivery address.
Made-to-Measure Clothing
Clothing sized to your measurements is confirmed with you by WhatsApp before payment is taken. Once production begins these items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Payment
We accept card, bank transfer (ACH) and PayPal. Orders paid by bank transfer are held until funds clear. Title to the goods passes to you when payment clears in full.
Our Responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under California or federal consumer law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspection, weather or public holidays, though we will always help you chase a delayed parcel.
Intellectual Property
The text and photographs on this site belong to Zewdina LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts of California.
